If you want to go for sight-seeing reasons, try swimming from the NE shore of Freemarch toward the Lighthouse Shoreward Island or the Wreck of the Endeavor, and then continue NE from there to arrive at the swampy part of silverwood where the boglings live. They're hostile but you don't have to flag pvp to fight them like you would the starting area Guardian guard npcs.
