Very noisy room and service a bit slow. The food and quality of food was excellent which was reflected in the price. Hoarder the ambiance and service was not as expected. I have been to this Nobu many times and the service and ambience has been progressively worse. We were seated at the bar and after 15 minutes we finally managed to get the waiter's attention and order some drinks.
This despite the various waiters hovering around but no one gave us a look. A group of girls were sat next to us and were served much better and asked what they wanted to drink after a matter of couple of minutes.
I am trying not to look too deep into that. Then our sushi was very very delayed although our desserts were free I noticed the table next to us got their sushi immediately! Food is still amazing but service is bad and I didnt realise that Nobu now allowed hooligan behaviour as there was a table who were chanting football songs.

I have been a long-time Nobu customer but this most recent visit on my birthday was the most disappointing ever. The menu has been dramatically reduced. Lots of dishes are no longer available at lunchtime, including the much-loved tacos. Our children usually enjoy the Chicken Kushiyaki but this was not available. Our favourite Wagu dumplings had also disappeared from the menu. The cocktails were poor and tasted strange compared to normal.
Our waitress explained that many staff were still on furlough until October and that as a result they have some new inexperienced staff. This really showed and changed what is usually a 5-star experience into something very mediocre. We cannot understand why some dishes are available for dinner but not lunch. Tacos are an easy sell, effectively an additional course at the start of the meal.
