Should i go to northrend at level 68

I went to northrend at 68 to get the first good item upgrades, then I finished specific parts of Outland when it benefits me. Quests in Netherstorm are really compact and you can string a bunch together, so despite the fact that equal level mobs only give half the XP of northrend, the questing speed made up for it.

Also at 70, the Isle of queldanas dailies give good XP and they're really compact. I did them every day. It's almost k xp for about 45 minutes work if that.
